A message from the editors of The Publican

“Great food and drink is the heart and soul of the British pub. Although pubs have traditionally sourced food and drink separately, these days it is essential that consumers cannot see the join. In terms of product quality, innovation and customer service, the food and drink operation has to be seamless. The Publican Food & Drink Awards are all about recognising the best operators in the trade, those who routinely exceed customer expectations and ensure that, in a more competitive market than ever, pubs remain at the heart of communities.”
