Proud of Pubs Week 2009 took place from July 11 to 19, but the Proud of Pubs message about promoting the positive face of the pub trade is alive all-year round!
Its all about getting pubs, people and politicians behind our key campaign message: that pubs are GOOD!
The Proud of Pubs Tour of the Enjoy England award awarded to the English pub in recognition of the industrys outstanding contribution to tourism, and collected by Neil Morrissey is now on.
If you want to put your pub forward to host the award for a week, email proudofpubs@thepublican.com and tell us why you are proud of your pub!

- Monday July 13 reach out to your locals in a new way by establishing an online community on Twitter or Facebook
- Tuesday July 14 put on a Proud of Pubs Night, and try something new in your pub

Name a cask ale after your Local Hero
Licensees are being given a unique opportunity to sell a cask ale named after their local heroes in a Waverley TBS and Proud of Pubs initiative.
